Liability Waiver and Release of Liability This Liability Waiver and Release of Liability (the "Agreement") is made as of [Date] by and between Texas Air Sport LLC ("Company") and the undersigned pilot ("Pilot") and their family members.
Acknowledgment of Risks

  
The Pilot acknowledges that flying ultra-light and light sport aircraft involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury or death. The Pilot understands that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their family members.
Assumption of Responsibility

  
The Pilot and their family agree that all risks, damages, and liabilities arising from the operation of the aircraft are the sole responsibility of the Pilot. The Pilot assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during the operation of the aircraft.
Release of Liability

  
The Pilot and their family members release and hold harmless Texas Air Sport LLC, its officers, employees, agents, manufacturers, and dealers from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with the operation of the aircraft, including but not limited to, any injuries or damages incurred.
Indemnification

  
The Pilot agrees to indemnify and defend Texas Air Sport LLC against any claims, damages, or lawsuits brought by third parties as a result of the Pilot's operation of the aircraft.
No Legal Recourse

  
The Pilot and their family members agree that no legal matters, lawsuits, or claims of any kind shall be brought against Texas Air Sport LLC related to the operation of the aircraft.
Understanding of Responsibility

  
The Pilot and their family members confirm that they fully understand the risks involved in flying and acknowledge their responsibility for all costs and liabilities arising from any incidents.
Notarization
